Rescue Techniques

There are 3 types of rescue techniques

01

Non-Entry

This type of rescue is conducted by other means such as rope or winch because it is conducted without entry into the confined space.

02

Entry by Others

Companies without trained personnel depend on other rescue teams such as the Fire Department (BOMBA), who must be familiar with the confined spaces in the facility, the hazards they may encounter and the means of entry.

03

Entry by Trained Employees

All team members must be trained to enter the confined space to conduct the rescue. In one unit of rescue team, there must be one person specialized in first aid and CPR, with expertise in the techniques and equipment for the specific confined space.
